Accepting Applications

• MEXT Scholarship Student, JICA Scholarship Student, or equivalent
• Currently, we are not accepting any privately financed students.
  • If you wish to join us from October 2024, please contact us by April 1, 2024.
  • If you wish to join us in April 2025, please contact us by November 1, 2024.

Document Screening

Please follow the instructions below when submitting your application. We may only respond if your application contains all the required documents.

• Required Documents
  • CV
  • 卒業論文（もしあれば）
  • The latest academic transcript
  • Graduation certificate (if you have already graduated)
  • The result of English language ability test, such as TOEFL
  • The result of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test
  • Research plan
  • Coding portfolio or something similar
  • Financial situation, you must cover all expenses without working in Japan.

After Enrollment

It will takeTHREE or THREE AND A HALF YEARS for graduate school.
Following is a structure of graduate school course

• THREE AND A HALF-YEAR COURSE:(1.5-year Research Student + 2-year Graduate Student))
  • October 2023: Enroll as a research student
  • August 2024: Entrance exam for graduate school
  • April 2025: Enroll in graduate school
  • March 2027: Graduation
• THREE-YEAR COURSE: (1-year Research Student + 2-year Graduate Student)
  • April 2024: Enroll as a research student
  • August 2024: Entrance exam for graduate school
  • April 2025: Enroll in graduate school
  • March 2027: Graduation
